Notes about the surface:

  • A frequent cleaning and sanitizing schedule will help prevent a significant accumulation of soil and microorganisms.
  • If the surface cannot be cleaned and/or sanitized, remove surface dirt and insert a single-use plastic liner or other protective material between the plastic surface and the produce as a risk reduction strategy.
