The Ascent Leadership Program is designed for graduates to enter into a 2 - 3 year Leadership Development Program as a Director and decision maker at a $6.5M+ restaurant working for the #1 Most Loved Restaurant company in the US. The Chick-fil-A Associate Management Program is an entry-level management program designed for recent college graduates, who are interested in a career in operations, training, team management, or are unsure of their future career path. Program candidates will serve in an associate-level leadership position in the organization where they will focus on running the shift operations of a multi-million-dollar organization with over 100 employees while they build their skillset and gain real world experience that will launch them into their future, long-term career paths.
This person will be working in a dynamic Chick-fil-A restaurant environment, solving complex problems, generating results on their KPI’s (key performance indicators) through hands-on, direct value, while leading small to medium sized teams of people. The program runs anywhere from 2 - 3 years depending on the short and long-term goals of each candidate and includes a $61,750/year wage compensation package, two weeks of paid time off per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, as well as other benefits.
Requirements
