Sweet Heart Winery is looking for a flexible, friendly, confident service industry oriented team member to work in our tasting room in Loveland, CO. This position is part-time – hours are not guaranteed as they will be performance based.

The position includes serving guests while helping guests experience and learn about wine. We are looking for wine lovers who are able to work in our open area (2.5 acres) and be able to stand/walk for hours at a time. Minimum 2 years experience in the service industry preferred.

Job Description
-Greeting, engaging with and seating guests
-Serving wine, cider and food to indoor and outdoor tables
-Educating customers about differences in style of wine, our history and wine in general
-Stocking bottles and retail items (be able to lift up to 35 lbs)
-Learning and operating Square POS
-Handling cash and credit card transactions
-Maintaining a clean facility that is organized and stocked
-Working with safe alcohol service practice

-Willing to work weddings/events regularly (1-2 per month)

-Weekends/Holidays are mandatory
