Sweet Heart Winery is looking for a team member who loves to prepare delicious flatbread pizzas, beautiful charcuterie boards, fabulous cheese trays, and delectible hummus plates! We're looking for someone with the ability to create attractive, tasty food, fast.

We need a high energy person who is avalable to work in a fast-paced environment five days per week, and weekends are a must.

We have an established menu, but welcome creative suggestions for weekly and/or holiday specials.

Requirements

· Ability to follow direction from Manager/Owners regarding food preparation/serving standards

· Ability to use Electric Meat Slicer & Knives

· Responsible for making cold boards, as well as, flatbread pizzas in a kitchen.

· Food preparation/storage knowledge

· Availability 5 days a week (Weekends Must)

· Ability to work for 6-7 hours on feet

o (High Volume usually lasts 4 hours)

· Attention to detail, visual presentation of food and kitchen is always a high priority.

· Organizational skills

· Ability to receive constructive criticism and grow in your position
