We are hiring another member of our Pour Brothers team! We are looking for kitchen staff with a positive, passionate attitude, which can easily adapt to a variety of paces. We are a small but mighty kitchen and our staff often works independently. Hours will be determined with the right candidate and can vary from 6 to 20 hours depending on employee and kitchen needs.

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

-Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested

-Maintain professionalism at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work

-Be able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude

-Looking for reliable, fast learners that can multitask and work independently

-Manage daily prep and cooking

-We are looking for a long term fit

Requirements

-Be able to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency

-Be able to follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines

-Evening and weekend availability is a must

-Experience in a restaurant and/or food handler certification is a plus
