Location: TCS headquarters 3930 Automation Way, Fort Collins, CO.

Work: 15-25 hours weekly

Pay: $16 per hour

TCS has been producing sporting events for 40 years as a family-owned company in Fort Collins, CO. TCS has grown its brand nationally as one of the premier event companies for youth, high school and college sports.

Overview: Lodging interns will liaison with our partner hotels all over the US confirming, coordinating, and reconciling reservations for all staff lodging. This person will also work with teams to help them secure lodging to be compliant for our stay to play events.

Requirements

Skills:

• Customer service skills and ability to operate in a high stress environment

• Problem solving skills.

• Strong relationship building and telephone skills.

• Organized and ability to handle multiple tasks at same time

• Database management

• Microsoft Office especially excel spreadsheets

• Knowledge of the hotel industry and group reservations

• Credit card reconciling

• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
