We’re searching for a unicorn intern — someone curious, motivated, and excited to learn the event industry from the inside out. If you’re the type of person who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves problem‑solving, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, we want to meet you! We also want someone who likes to have fun while working ~ that's what life is all about!
What You’ll Learn & Do
This internship is hands‑on and designed to give you real-world experience in all aspects of event venue operations, including:
Event Setup & Tear‑Down
- Assisting with floor plans, table placements and room staging
- Supporting post‑event reset and teardown
Vendor Coordination
- Helping greet, guide, and support vendors on event days
- Coordinating timing and logistics alongside the Venue Owner
Venue Care & Presentation
- Learning best practices for maintaining a polished, guest-ready space
- Participating in general cleaning, organizing, and venue reset tasks
- Host tours for potential clients
Behind-the-Scenes Operations
- Exposure to event planning, timelines, communication, and customer interaction
- Supporting day-of operations and troubleshooting
Who You Are
- Positive, reliable, trustworthy, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift/move event equipment (tables, chairs, décor)
- Flexible schedule — especially evenings and weekends
- Interested in hospitality, event planning, or venue management
No experience required — just a great attitude and willingness to learn and to jump in. We would love to find someone that will be with us long term and could possibly lead into a full-time post graduation salaried position.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and carry event items (tables, chairs, décor)
- Comfortable being on their feet for extended periods
- Able to bend, lift, walk, and perform light-to-moderate physical labor
Work Environment Expectations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes changing environment
- Willing to assist with setup, teardown, cleaning, and organizing
- Able to work flexible hours — including evenings and weekends when events occur
Basic Skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail when completing repetitive or hands-on tasks
Teamwork & Communication
- Works well with others and asks questions when unsure
- Treats clients, vendors, and guests with courtesy
