About Riverside Colorado
Riverside Colorado is a nature and music retreat along the Cache la Poudre River in Bellvue, Colorado – 30 minutes from Fort Collins. We offer glamping tents, tiny homes, and cabins set against one of the most scenic stretches of the Poudre Canyon. We host live music, weddings and corporate events, curated retreats, and immersive experiences that pull people away from digital noise and into something real.
We also run Kind Bean Coffee and Poudre Park Market on-property - with local goods, and everything guests need during their stay.
We’re a small, ambitious team building something special. If you want to be part of a brand that’s growing fast and doing things differently, this is the spot.
The Opportunity
Let’s be upfront: this internship is not glamorous. You will clean cabins and bathrooms. You will work both mornings and evenings/nights. You will haul supplies, stock shelves, flip rooms, and do whatever the day demands. You’ll work alongside everyone on our team including - barista, housekeeper, groundskeeper - filling in wherever we need you.
But here’s what makes it different: you’ll also sit at the table where decisions get made. You’ll work directly with our General Manager and leadership team to run a growing hospitality property from the inside out. You’ll see how every piece connects, from the operations that keep the lights on to the events that make people come back. You’ll get exposure to marketing, guest experience design, vendor management, and live music coordination.
If you demonstrate strong performance and commitment, you will receive significant attention, mentorship, and support for your professional development. This is an experience that can fundamentally change your career trajectory, but it requires a dedication to hard work.
