Instructions for the Occupational Experience Profile – App
You will be asked to record all of your activities in a 24 hour day.
Each page will represent one activity you have done in your day
Record all of your activities in order. Begin when you get up in the morning.
There should be no gaps in time.
What You Did: Record your main activity
- Include enough detail, using your own words so you can recollect your day later
- Estimate activities to the nearest 10 minutes
- Some activities may take place for minutes, others for hours
- If you prefer not to specifically identify the activity, you can use more general terms; for example, “went to Alcoholics Anonymous meeting” can be recorded as “went to group meeting”
